    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

    • Eligibility for Return is subject to the following conditions:
        • The request must be made within the specified timeframe.
            • Bytepaper offers a reasonable trial period of 7 days prior to purchasing our subscription services. Once the subscription has been activated, and the WhatsApp number is connected and fully set up, the subscription will not be subject to cancellation. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive demos and a testing period to potential buyers before initiating the setup process. Customers are required to complete the subscription period before discontinuing the service.
            • The product or service must not have been extensively used or activated beyond the trial period, as determined by Bytepaper.

            • WhatsApp Messaging Credits utilized and any unpaid bills must be cleared before the refund process initiation.
            • Return are subject to approval based on the discretion of Bytepaper.

    • Return will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the request and verifying eligibility.

    • Return will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Discontinuation of Subscription – Timelines and Eligibility Criteria:

    • Discontinuation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the renewal date of the subscription.

    • Eligibility for cancellations is subject to the following conditions:
        • The request must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

        • Any outstanding payments or dues must be settled before the cancellation process can be initiated.

    • Cancellations will take effect on the next billing cycle following the request submission.

3. No Refund/Cancellation Cases:

    • No refunds will be provided for subscription fees once the trial period has ended and the service has been fully activated.

    • Cancellations requested after the specified deadline will not be honored, and customers will be responsible for the subscription fees for the subsequent billing cycle.
