  • Bytepaper offers a reasonable trial period of 7 days prior to purchasing our subscription services. Once the subscription has been activated, and the WhatsApp number is connected and fully set up, the subscription will not be subject to cancellation. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive demos and a testing period to potential buyers before initiating the setup process. Customers are required to complete the subscription period before discontinuing the service.
  • Refunds are subject to approval based on the discretion of Bytepaper.
  • Before initiating the cancellation process, customers must ensure that any utilized credits and unpaid bills are cleared.
  • Any associated accounts or licenses must be deactivated or unregistered before initiating the cancellation process.

2. Cancellation Process:

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds for cancellation of Bytepaper’s subscription will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned items and verifying their eligibility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that any applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase may not be refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bytepaper accounts that have been extensively used or activated beyond a reasonable trial period.
  • Services provided by Bytepaper such as consulting, training, or customization services.
