Acceptance of Terms of Use, Conditions, Notices and Disclaimers:

Bytepaper is run and owned by Abracket Pvt. Ltd., ( “Bytepaper”, “we”, “us” and terms of similar meaning) owns and operate www.bytepaper.com and other sub/micro sites with Bytepaper suffix/prefix like manage.bytepaper.com, apps.bytepaper.com By accessing the above websites and related pages, you are agreeing to accept and comply with the terms and conditions of use as stated below.

If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Site. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on our website www.bytepaper.com and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site. Your use of the site shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by each of the terms set forth below, including any modifications that we may make.

Important Definitions

  • “Client” means a customer of Bytepaper.
  • “Client Data“ means personal data, reports, addresses, and other files, folders or documents in electronic form that a User of the Service stores within the Service.
  • “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • “Public Area” means the area of the Site that can be accessed both by Users and Visitors, without needing to log in.
  • “Restricted Area” means the area of the Site that can be accessed only by Users, and where access requires logging in.
  • “User” means an employee, agent, or representative of a Client, who primarily uses the restricted areas of the Site for the purpose of accessing the Service in such capacity.
  • “Visitor” means an individual other than a User, who uses the public area, but has no access to the restricted areas of the Site or Service.

Your continued use of Bytepaper shall be considered as your deemed acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We reserve our rights to amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Bytepaper. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. If the revised version includes a substantial change, we will provide you with 7 days prior notice by posting a notice of the change on the “Policy Updates” section of Bytepaper. Your continued use of Bytepaper after the expiry of these 7 days will be considered as your express consent to all such amendments to this policy.

All information disclosed by visitors is subject to this Privacy Policy. With respect to data received through its websites, Bytepaper will comply with the following:

  • We offer you the ability to connect with or use Bytepaper using a web interface. The provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to all such web access and use of Bytepaper.
  • Throughout this policy, the term “personal information” is used to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person.
  • We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous so that it does not identify a specific user.

- Collection of location data

You can choose to share location information with Bytepaper app, control is available in my profile section. Location data captured will be visible to you and Admin of your company. We store location data only to generate reports related to your visit, daily tours and distance travelled.

- Collection of data

You can choose to add your contact list in Bytepaper as leads. To add leads from the contact list you can go to the leads section and then click on the sync button. Leads will be visible to you and the admin of your company. 

  1. Account signup: When you sign up for an account to access one or more of our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, company name and country to complete the account signup process. You may also provide us with more information such as your photo, time zone and language, but we don’t require that information to sign up for an account.

  2. Testimonials: When you authorize us to post testimonials about our products and services on websites, we may include your name and other personal information in the testimonial. You will be given an opportunity to review and approve the testimonial before we post it. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at info@bytepaper.com

  3. Interactions with Bytepaper: We may record, analyze and use your interactions with us, including email, telephone, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals, for improving our interactions with you and other customers.

- Collection of image data from Bytepaper Mobile Apps

Image submission from camera: Bytepaper applications consist of functionality where users are asked to share personal information such as daily selfie submissions from their mobile cameras. This image acts as proof of their daily attendance. This selfie image is then shown to their respective account admins.

Image attachment: Bytepaper mobile apps in some cases have the option to attach any image from their devices.

(2) Bytepaper does not use these images and personal data in any case. This data is stored for respective company accounts to generate attendance reports for their users.

- Collection of Personal Information

You will be required to provide your personal, professional and business information to access Bytepaper. You acknowledge that you are disclosing this information voluntarily. If you do not wish to disclose this information, which you are free to do, it is possible that you may not be able to avail of certain services offered by Bytepaper. By using Bytepaper through any of the modes, you signify your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy.

If you authorize us to access your Google Email Account or other Email accounts, we shall pull and view all your email conversations. Our systems will then analyze these emails and segregate important contacts based on your email conversation

All information entered on Bytepaper and information gathered by Bytepaper Platform shall be stored by us. We may also request additional information about your deals and your activities, such as:

  • Contact information, such as your name, address, phone, email and other similar information of your clients/customers/leads Detailed business and/or personal information such as your date of birth or Date of registration and Permanent Account Number (PAN). And information such as your office address, business category and entity type etc
  • We may also collect information from or about you in other ways, such as when you contact our customer support team when you respond to a survey and/or during your interactions with members of our sales and marketing or technical support teams. We may monitor or record the telephone conversations between you or anyone acting on your behalf and our support staff for internal quality and training purposes. By communicating with us, you acknowledge that your communication may be overheard, monitored, or recorded without further notice or warning.

When you download or use our Bytepaper applications, or access our web Platform, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable location services in the device’s settings menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device’s location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or the service desk of your mobile device manufacturer.

You may choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Facebook and Twitter) or your Google Email Account. The information we may receive varies from site to site and is controlled by each site individually. By associating/linking an account managed by a third party with your account on Bytepaper, you are authorizing us to have access to this information and you agree that we may collect, store and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- How We Use the Personal, Professional and Business Information

Our primary purpose in collecting personal, professional and business information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, customized and complete business management experience. We may use this information to:

  • a. provide customer support
  • b.  process information and send notices/updates/reminders about your meetings/contacts resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems
  • c. prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement customize, measure, and improve Bytepaper services and the content, layout, and operation of our websites, interfaces, tools and applications
  • d. deliver targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences
  • e. contact you at the mobile number provided by you, by placing a voice call or through text (SMS) or email messaging

- Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal, professional and business information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize Bytepaper Services, communication and content. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us or participate in our promotions, follow the directions that may be provided within the communication.

- Collection and Use of Cookies and information through similar technologies

We collect the following types of information in order to provide you with the use of and access to Bytepaper, and to help us personalize and improve your experience: When you visit Bytepaper, we collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or another access device. The information sent to us includes, but is not limited to, the data about the pages you access, computer IP address, device ID or unique identifier, device type, geo-location information, computer and connection information, mobile network information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, referral URL, ad data, and standard web log data etc. When you access Bytepaper, we (including companies we work with) may place small data files on your computer or another device. These data files may be cookies, pixel tags, Flash cookies, web beacons or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively “Cookies”). - How We Protect and Store Personal Information

We may share your personal, professional and business information with:

  • Members of our parent company and subsidiaries (collectively our corporate family) to provide joint content, products, and services (like registration, transactions and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies.
  • Members of our corporate family will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services.

Service providers under contract help with our business operations, such as fraud prevention, marketing, and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit or in violation of our privacy policies.
